The Company provides a range of benefits in addition to normal compensation designed to meet employees' basic needs, satisfy legal requirements, and maintain the Company's competitive position, taking into account prevailing practices in Sudan and relevant markets.
Rotational Leave
Field Operations Work
If you are an employee based in the field, you shall be on a work cycle of four (4) weeks' work and four (4) weeks rotational leave with pay, including travel time. At the end of your four weeks leave you are expected to report to your work promptly.
Office based Expatriate Employees on Single Status
If you are an expatriate employee on single status and assigned to Khartoum, Port Sudan or other office location, you will be on a work cycle of 70 days work and 20 calendar days rotational leave with pay, inclusive of travel time.
AnnualVacations
It is the Company's policy to grant employees an annual vacation with pay to have a mental and physical relaxation away from the working environment so as to return to his job refreshed and with renewed energy to carry out his duties. Hence employees are required to take their vacations annually.
If you are not an expatriate employee on single status, or field based national employee you will be entitled to an annual vacation after completion of one-year continuous service
