The Company provides adequate training in order to achieve maximum productivity and to enhance the development and qualifications of Sudanese employees in line with the Company's objectives of Sudanization and consistent with its manpower requirements. The training and development programs will include preparing prospective employees through an apprenticeship program, providing professional development for fresh university and college graduates and ensuring on-going career development for qualified employees designed to improve-their knowledge and skills and to enable them to assume higher responsibilities.
The Company's training and development programs are essentially intended for Sudanese. In special cases, evaluated at the management's discretion on a case-by-case basis, non-Sudanese employees may be trained to meet specifically identified work requirements.
The training and development programs may include Apprenticeship Programs, On-The-Job Training Programs, Job Skill Training, Development Assignments, Rotation Assignments, Conferences or Seminars and etc.
If you are selected for training inside or outside of Sudan for periods exceeding 30 days, you are obliged to work for the Company after completing your training for a period indicated below; otherwise you are required to pay back the Company the amount spent during the training program.

Sudanization The Company is obligated to train and develop the national employees to meet the Sudanization objectives of 60% in five (5) years (2002) and 90% in ten (10) years (200-7).
Roles of Expatriate Employees If you are an Expatriate employee, it is part of your responsibilities to transfer and share your knowledge and experiences to the national employees, and to teach and coach the national employees the skills and competencies required for filling the roles of the job.
